Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a ticket to get into the show? If I buy a ticket online, when can I use it?
Yes! Yes, all cars looking to drive through the light show will need to purchase a ticket. Tickets are valid for a single drive through the show, only on the day listed on your ticket! Online tickets are not valid for multiple nights.
I bought my tickets a while ago with no time, when can I come?
Tickets bought earlier in the year are valid any night the show is open. To avoid the lines, we advise you come after 7pm.
Do you accept credit cards at the door? What about cash?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover. We also accept mobile payments like Apple Pay and Samsung Pay. We will also be accepting cash!

Is photography allowed at the light show?
Absolutely, yes! Please take as many pictures as you’d like and share them on social media! Use #RiverheadLightShow to tag us!
What kind of vehicle can I drive through the light show?
For safety reasons we will only be allowing cars into the show. No busses, limos, trailers, trollies, etc. No exceptions will be made.
Am I allowed to exit my car while driving through the show?
For your safety, we ask that you remain in your vehicle while you're at the Riverhead Holiday Light show. You will have great photo opportunities from inside the vehicle!
